Ontario and Saskatchewan files are handled on a co-brokered basis: a locally licensed brokerage places and funds the file under the applicable provincial licence while Ramin Hallaji-Dezfouli structures the deal, manages lender strategy, and stays fully involved throughout. The co-brokering brokerage is named in your engagement letter before any application is submitted.
