Built to be easier to read and use.
Every page here ships a dark/light theme, a dyslexia-friendly reading mode and a focus mode — switched from the top of any page and remembered as you browse — plus calm motion that follows your device’s reduce-motion setting automatically. Mortgage paperwork is dense enough; reading about it shouldn’t be.
What’s built in
Dark & light mode
A full theme switch on the site's own palette — steel blue and navy in the dark, not an inverted colour filter.
Dyslexia-friendly reading mode
Typefaces designed for letter recognition (Lexend and Atkinson Hyperlegible), wider letter and word spacing, taller lines, and shorter line lengths that are easier to track.
Focus mode
Dims the decorative trim — award artwork, tag chips, the footer directory — so the text you're reading is the loudest thing on the page. Nothing is hidden; dimmed items come back to full strength when you hover or focus them. Keyboard focus outlines get stronger too.
Calm motion — automatic
If your phone or computer is set to reduce motion, this site listens: animations and transitions switch off on their own. No toggle to find; it respects your device's setting.
Keyboard-friendly, with a skip link
Every control is a real button or link with a proper label, there's a skip-to-content link for keyboard users on every page, and the menus operate without a mouse.
Try it right here
These are the same controls as the ones in the header — flip them and this page changes under you.

Questions
How do I turn on dark mode, dyslexia-friendly reading or focus mode?
On a computer: the three round buttons at the top right of every page — theme, reading mode, focus mode. On a phone: open the menu and use the Display & reading section. Your choice is remembered as you browse.
What do the reading modes actually change?
Dyslexia-friendly reading swaps to typefaces designed for letter recognition, adds letter and word spacing, raises line height and shortens line length. Focus mode dims decorative elements — award artwork, tag chips, the footer directory — so the content you're reading is the loudest thing on the page; dimmed items return to full strength when you interact with them.
